A frozen meal is a freshly cooked and packaged meal that is frozen for later use. It is a convenient option for people who don't have time to cook — restaurant-quality food ready whenever you need it.
We try to have all the meals on the menu in stock at all times. If a meal is not currently available, we would require 48 hours to prepare it for you. Availability is always shown on each product on our menu page.
Our frozen meals have a 4–5 month freezer life from the point of first freeze. All our packaging has the expiry date clearly displayed so you always know exactly when to use them by.
Our containers are microwave and oven proof. We recommend that you slow defrost in the fridge overnight, then either heat directly in the container or decant into a pot and heat on the stovetop. Most meals are ready in about 15 minutes.

We accept cash on delivery only. Payment is made when your order arrives — no upfront payment required.
